Staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, they took care of my dog’s neuter and provided me with well explained after care instructions. I also enjoy the fact that they send reminder emails and offer discounts through those same emails on certain medication for your pet. I will definitely be using them as my primary veterinarian.

I am always so impressed with the kind staff you have at Stafford from the docs down everyone is kind ,considerate ,accommodating and helpful. I had a cares card issue yesterday and despite how busy everyone was Brianna helped me thru the whole time calling the credit card company etc and waiting to get someone on the phone which took a good half hour. My pets come I scared and quickly everyone is on board calming them down , making contact and treating them with the best care. Thank you to everyone at Stafford!! Love Rosie, Chevy and Ricky kartal

As a new dog mom all I can say is how Stafford Vet is one of THE most amazing vets I have ever been to. The doctor's are so family oriented! They don't just examine your dog, but also play with them and make them feel comforted as they might be scared of where they are. They have been super helpful with documentation and scheduling the best times to do certain vaccinations. I highly recommend Stafford Vet.

If I could give zero stars I would. My family has been going here over 20 years. In the last decade the care and staff has really declined. There seems to be a revolving door of Veterinarians. I called three days ago for my dogs medication that she needs daily, I wanted to make sure she had it for the week I would be on vacation. I was assured it was called in. Today my husband went to pick it up and they told him legally they can't give it to him because they haven't seen her in over a year. (My mistake for not realizing) but no one told me that when I called it in. So I called again today and they suggested I have whoever is watching her while I'm away take her in. My elderly parents can't do that. In the past they've given me a few pills between refills no problem. So then I asked if they had an appointment for today and they said they don't have anyone on staff? Um what? Why are you even open. She's the last pet we've been taking here because she has a prescription for that medication. We won't be returning.

The staff at Stafford Veterinary Hospital were outstanding. They're response to a challenging situation went above and beyond my wildest expectations. While on vacation, my dog ate seven cinnamon buns, raisins and all. The staff fit us in on a busy Friday and even scheduled a follow up on Saturday morning. Their professional response was measured and filled with compassion. Ginger responded well and the follow up treatment on Saturday prepared us for the trip home and equipped us to monitor Ginger as we made to journey to Virginia.
